



Our story starts in Miami, Fl where we first developed our Arepa in 1996. We combined two of the tastiest foods from our Latin Heratige the "Venezuelan Cachapa" and the "Colombian Arepa de Choclo" and what we got is what we call the Miami Arepa.

We started presenting the Miami Arepa at food shows, fairs, etc and everyone agreed with what we already knew, that our Arepa was delicious. We had the tastes of the Latin world with the quality and reliability of American raw materials and American manufacturing standards.
Our Cheese Arepas began making a name for themselves in fairs, concerts, sporting events, and many other locations.

Which brings us to present day. Our Cheese Arepa has become a South Florida staple and has been making waves all over the country fron NY to Chicago to California. Now we want to bring that same experience directly to your home with our Cornwich brand.
